Terms ofservice.

These terms set out the deal between you and Tee Printer when you use our dashboard, our Order Capture browser extension, or ask us to print and fulfil your orders. By creating an account or placing an order you agree to them.

01

Who we are & agreeing to these terms

Tee Printer is a trading name of Print Merch Ltd (company no. 15869736), a UK print and fulfilment house based at 39 Highfield Road, Leeds LS13 2BL. In these terms “we”, “us” and “our” mean Print Merch Ltd, trading as Tee Printer; “you” means the business or person using the service.

These terms form a contract between us. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind it. This is a business-to-business service — it is not intended for consumers buying for personal use.

02

The service

We print, pack and post orders on your behalf, and provide a dashboard and optional browser extension to bring your marketplace orders (Etsy, eBay and Shopify) into that dashboard. We aim to keep the service available and accurate, but we provide it “as is” and may change, add or withdraw features as the product evolves.

03

Your account

You are responsible for your login details and for everything done under your account. Keep your password secure and tell us promptly at hello@teeprinter.co.uk if you suspect any unauthorised use. You must give accurate account and shop information and keep it up to date.

04

Orders & artwork you submit

When you import or place an order you are instructing us to produce and dispatch it. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you send us — artwork, print files, sizing, colours, SKUs, quantities and the delivery address. We reproduce your files as supplied and are not obliged to check or correct them; screen colours and print colours may differ, and we do not guarantee an exact colour match.

We may decline or cancel any order we cannot fulfil to an acceptable standard, or that breaches clause 06.

05

Your content & the licence you grant us

You keep all rights in the artwork, designs, logos and other materials you upload (“your content”). You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to store, reproduce and print your content solely to provide the service and fulfil your orders. You confirm you own your content or have all the rights and permissions needed to have it printed.

06

Prohibited & infringing content

You must not ask us to print anything that infringes someone else’s intellectual property, is unlawful, defamatory, hateful, or otherwise objectionable. You indemnify us against any claim, loss or cost arising from your content or from an order you instructed us to fulfil — including third-party intellectual-property claims.

07

Pricing & payment

Prices for print runs are shown in the dashboard and are set per base garment and method. Payment is taken through our payment processor, Stripe; we never see or store your full card number. Where you have saved a card for one-click ordering, you authorise us to charge it for the orders you place. Unless stated otherwise, prices exclude any applicable taxes, which we may add. Payment is due before we begin production.

08

Production, turnaround & delivery

Any turnaround or delivery times we quote are estimates, not guarantees, and start once we have your correct artwork and payment. Delivery is handled by third-party carriers; risk in the finished goods passes on dispatch. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by carriers, incorrect addresses you supply, or events beyond our reasonable control.

09

Fulfilment region

We currently print and post to the United Kingdom and the Republic of Ireland only. Orders with a delivery address outside that region are flagged and will not be fulfilled. We will tell you where an order cannot be shipped so you can handle it yourself.

10

Cancellations, faults & remakes

Because items are made to your order, they generally cannot be cancelled or returned once production has started. If an item arrives faulty, damaged, or materially not as you ordered, tell us within 14 days of dispatch with photographs and we will reprint or refund the affected items at our discretion. This does not affect faults caused by errors in the files or details you supplied.

11

Our intellectual property

The Tee Printer website, dashboard, extension, branding and underlying software are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Nothing in these terms transfers any of those rights to you; you may use them only to access the service as intended.

12

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud). Subject to that, we are not liable for loss of profit, revenue, goodwill or anticipated savings, or for any indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability arising out of or in connection with an order is limited to the amount you paid us for that order.

13

Suspension & termination

You may stop using the service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms, if we are required to by law, or if we stop offering the service. On termination, the licence in clause 05 ends, save as needed to complete orders already in production and to meet our legal obligations.

14

Data protection

How we handle personal data — including your account data and the customer order data you bring us — is set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

15

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. When we make material changes we will revise the “last updated” date above and, where appropriate, let you know in the dashboard. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.

16

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
